Anti-spam policy

Wif does not send advertising, and it forbids anyone — ourselves included — from promoting it through spam.

What email we send

Transactional email only, and only to an address the person entered on the website or in the game client:

  • address confirmation after sign-up;
  • confirmation of a new address changed in the account;
  • a password reset link, on request.

There are no newsletters, news, promotions or "partner" emails. We do not buy, harvest or rent address lists, and we never share players' addresses.

What we do not allow

No one may promote wif.kz or the game Wif with unsolicited messages: email, messenger or social-network messages, comments or SMS. This applies to everyone — to us, to players, and to any partners, contractors or other third parties. Wif has no affiliate or referral programmes that pay for bringing in players.

If we learn of such spam, we do not support it: we block the accounts involved and report the abuse to the providers it went through.

How our mail works

Email is sent from our own mail server, from no-reply@wif.kz. The domain is protected by SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so mail claiming to be from wif.kz but sent from elsewhere can be recognised as forged.

If you received something that looks like spam

Forward it with full headers to postmaster@wif.kz. We look into every report.
